We are able to deliver programmes leading to recognised national qualifications accredited by both The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).  These currently include management and coaching/mentoring.

We are able to implement development strategies for and assess success against recognised development frameworks including the European Foundation For Quality Management (EFQM), Investors in People (IiP) and Balanced Scorecard.
